Her real name was Cynthia Gillig-Stone. She was killed when her car was rear-ended by a pickup truck as she was entering the parking lot at a bar. She was ejected from her car because she was not wearing a safety belt, reportedly due to discomfort a belt would cause on her large enhanced breasts.
